Scope
This notice describes the local AwardLens marketing preview. The client portal is a separate service and its data practices must be documented separately before launch.
Information you enter
Request forms ask for your name, company, work email, business type, team size, and optional context. Request details are sent through Cloudflare Pages Functions and Resend to AwardLens by email. Messages can include your name, company, email, business type, team size, and optional context.
Interactive examples
Opportunity, market, and performance examples use illustrative records. Selections and filters are held in memory while you use the page. They are not connected to your business account.
Email and external links
Selecting an email link opens your email application. If you send a message, its contents are handled outside this preview. Following a client portal or external link takes you to a separate service with its own practices.
Tracking and storage
Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Turnstile for form abuse protection. Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics loads only after Accept all and measures visits and page performance. You can withdraw permission through Cookie settings in the footer. Your choice is remembered in local storage for 180 days. Request processing includes technical information such as IP address, origin, and browser user agent, independently of the optional analytics choice. See the Cookie Policy for the analytics categories and controls. Provider retention periods remain to be confirmed; the 180-day preference duration is not an analytics retention period.
